Twitter has been changing the way we communicate for 7+ years. It has become a powerful platform, to the point where some wonder if it taking away the human interaction of communication.
It has even gotten to the point where people are finding out personal information through Twitter. On Tuesday, March 11th, Saints running back, Darren Sproles, found out the fate of his career over Twitter.
Sproles was told he would be released from the Saints, days after thanking New Orleans and his fans via Twitter, Sproles read he would not be released due to high interest, and be traded instead through @ESPNNFL
Does this prove that communication via social networks has taken priority over personal communication?
