Twitter has made many announcements over the past month include acquisitions, posting updates, and now talked about changes to the platform are here for a small set of users.
The new layout, though, seems familiar to users.
With a larger cover photo, left aligned avatar, larger tweets that highlight the most engaged posts, Twitter is looking more and more like Facebook.
Twitter claims this redesign is to express you. User’s best tweets will be highlighted and users can “pin” a tweet which allows that tweet to be displayed on their profile at all times.
